Preserve the Ellis Act is a project of the California Apartment Association (CAA), the largest statewide rental housing trade association in the country, and the San Francisco Apartment Association (SFAA). CAA represents rental housing owners and managers who operate all types and sizes of residential rental property, from single family rental homes to large apartment complexes. Together, CAA members are responsible for over 1 million units throughout the State of California.
